  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within specified timeframe
  • Significant deviation from project requirements without client approval
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days

2 Refund Eligibility

Clear documentation of service failure or non-delivery

No Usage

Deliverables not used in production environment

Documentation

Proper documentation of issues and attempts to resolve

  • Services already completed and delivered as per contract
  • Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
  • Domain names and hosting services already purchased
  • Consultation and advisory services already provided
  • Custom development work that has been accepted by the client
  • Services cancelled after 50% completion of the project

6 Digital Products & Templates

For digital products, templates, and pre-built solutions:

  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if not downloaded
  • No refunds for downloaded digital products unless defective
  • Technical support provided for 30 days after purchase
  • Updates and bug fixes included for 6 months
